On January 30, 2010, Cebuanos gathered at the SM City Cinemas for the World Premiere of The Filipino Martial Arts Documentary, ESKRIMADORS.
Not since the first Philippine Open Arnis Tournament in 1979 have so many Cebuano Eskrimadors gathered under one roof. These notoriously divided groups were brought together to pay tribute to the eskrimadors who have gone before them and were featured in the film.
The 1,000 strong audience were treated to live demos by the groups featured in the film. The Grandmasters in attendance were presented with Certificates of Appreciation by The Cebu Provincial Government after the screening.
The ESKRIMADORS premiere was truly a historic occasion for Cebuano Eskrima.
